Jim Melvin
Jim Melvin is the Vice President and a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida. Jim has over 22 years of construction experience building both residential multi-family and large scale commercial projects. He is responsible for the daily management, coordination and oversight of all company projects including project planning, estimating, scheduling, cost management, execution, and closure.
